Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Iluvora collects, why it is used, and the choices available to you. We treat family archives, voices and likenesses as highly sensitive material.
Last updated: 19 July 20261. Who is responsible
Iluvora is currently operated by founder Oleg Shulga from Latvia. For privacy questions or requests, contact info@iluvora.com. If a separate legal entity becomes the service operator, this policy and the checkout page will be updated before paid services are provided by that entity.
2. Information we collect
- Waitlist and contact information, such as your email address, language and the person you are interested in preserving.
- Account, authentication, support and security information when account access becomes available.
- Materials you choose to upload, which may include photographs, video, audio, messages, documents, biographies and family memories.
- Technical and usage information needed to operate, secure and improve the service.
- Payment and transaction information when paid services become available. Card details are processed by the payment provider and are not stored by Iluvora.
3. Why we use information
We use information to manage the private beta, provide and improve requested features, build an AI reconstruction from approved materials, communicate with you, protect the service, process payments and comply with law.
- Consent, where you ask us to process personal, voice, image or family material.
- Contract or steps requested before a contract, when we provide an invited pilot or paid service.
- Legitimate interests, such as security, fraud prevention and improving reliability, where those interests do not override your rights.
- Legal obligations, including accounting, tax and lawful requests.
4. AI, voice and image processing
Iluvora may use specialist infrastructure, AI, transcription, voice and video providers to process approved material only for the features you request. A reconstruction is always identified as AI. We do not sell family archives or use them for advertising. We will not use private customer archives to train a public foundation model without a separate, explicit choice.
5. Sharing and international processing
Information may be shared with vetted service providers that host data, send email, process payments, provide AI, voice or video functions, or help secure the service. They receive only what is needed for their task and are bound by contractual or legal safeguards. Where information is processed outside the EEA, we use an appropriate transfer mechanism when required.
6. Retention and security
We keep waitlist information until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Customer content is kept while needed to provide the service or until the authorized account holder requests deletion, subject to legal retention and backup rotation. Deletion requests are handled without undue delay and generally within 30 days. We use access controls, encryption in transit and other proportionate safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your rights and choices
- Access, correct, download or delete your information.
- Withdraw consent and unsubscribe from beta updates at any time.
- Object to or restrict certain processing where applicable.
- Ask for human review of a privacy or automated-processing concern.
- Lodge a complaint with the Latvian Data State Inspectorate or your local EEA authority.
8. Children, cookies and changes
The service is intended for adults aged 18 or over. Do not upload a child’s data unless you have lawful authority and Iluvora has expressly approved the use case. The public site currently uses essential storage for language preference and does not use advertising cookies. We may update this policy as the beta develops and will identify material changes on this page.
