Service rules
Terms of Use
These terms govern access to the Iluvora website, waitlist and any invited private-beta experience. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
Last updated: 19 July 20261. The service
Iluvora is a digital-memory product that uses approved family material to create a clearly labelled AI reconstruction for chat, voice and video experiences. It is not the person, consciousness, an afterlife service, medical care or grief therapy. Features shown on the public website may be illustrative or in development.
2. Eligibility and authority
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. You may upload only material you lawfully control and may authorize us to process. You are responsible for obtaining any required consent from living people and for respecting copyright, privacy, publicity, voice and likeness rights. Iluvora may request evidence of authority or decline a reconstruction.
3. AI limitations and well-being
Generative AI can be wrong, incomplete or unexpected. Do not rely on a reconstruction for medical, legal, financial, emergency or other high-stakes decisions. You should pause use and seek appropriate human support if the experience causes distress. Iluvora may add safety limits or refuse requests that risk harm, deception or unlawful impersonation.
4. Accounts and acceptable use
- Keep login credentials secure and provide accurate account information.
- Do not create deceptive impersonations, harass people, bypass consent controls or upload unlawful material.
- Do not reverse engineer, scrape, overload or interfere with the service.
- Do not use Iluvora to make decisions about another person’s eligibility, employment, credit, insurance or legal rights.
5. Prices, subscriptions and payment
Joining the public waitlist is free. Any paid pilot, reservation, setup fee or subscription will show the service scope, total price, currency, billing frequency and renewal terms before payment. A recurring subscription may be cancelled as described at checkout and in the Refund Policy. Payment processing may be provided by Stripe or another disclosed payment provider.
6. Your content and Iluvora technology
You retain rights you hold in uploaded material. You grant Iluvora a limited licence to host, process, transform and display it only to provide, secure and improve the service you request. Iluvora retains rights in its software, design, Memory Engine, workflows and brand. You may not use the service in a way that infringes another person’s rights.
7. Beta availability and termination
Private-beta access is limited and may change, pause or end. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every archive can produce a suitable reconstruction. You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend access for security, legal, consent or material breach reasons and will provide reasonable notice where practicable.
8. Consumer rights, liability and law
Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Iluvora is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses. These terms are governed by Latvian law, without removing protections available to consumers in their country of residence. Please contact info@iluvora.com first so we can try to resolve any issue.
